The food was incredibly delicious and the hotel itself was simply amazing. It was very clean and quiet, providing the perfect atmosphere for relaxation. The staff deserves a perfect rating of 100****, as they were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We were particularly impressed with the fact that the staff behind the bar and in the restaurant spoke English fluently.

The only thing worth mentioning is that the hotel pictures show an "aqua park" with an outdoor pool, but this facility is not actually within the hotel area. However, there is a small swimming pool inside the building in the spa section.

We enjoyed the delicious meals during breakfast and dinner. The variety of options offered was impressive. the hotel's location was ideal, with easy access to various attractions and amenities in the area. Another advantage that we appreciated was the cleanliness of the hotel, which made our stay more enjoyable.

They were extremely disorganized and initially couldn't find our booked rooms. We were even offered a transfer to another hotel, which we declined.
